cant remove spyware
I bought and loaded spybot. It identified and deleted 28 "adware/spyware" programs. There remained 3 programs that it told me I had to do manually. Among them "ezula" I have searched for them using xp search...I can identifiy them but when I try to delete them I am told that I am not authorized to do this. They are in "c\program file" Will I be able to rid my hard drive of these programs?
