Computer barely works! fresh hijack log posted*

My laptop has been running SO slow for the last two weeks.  I let my girlfriend borrow it and i get it returned to me in barely operational working order.  Whenever the computer is booted in normal mode, its almost impossible to do anything on it without it completely freezing up and "white" screening me.   But when the computer is booted in Safe mode With Networking,  it works MUCH better.  Not to say it still doesnt run much much slower than it normally did (2 weeks ago) but its 70x better than normal mode.   She swears she didnt download anything on the computer to cause it to run this way, which is most likley not true, but whatever.

If anyone can help out, please do!  

ps- my hard drive's  "thinking" light barely blinks when booted in normal mode, like the PC isnt even thinking, it just  "hour glass's" my mouse pointer and freezes up
