computer is infected with somtthing
i have a window vista every now and them i get a pop-up, saying the computer is infected.
i have mcaffee,and spybot,bout of them dont pick up any thing. i think the virus is trojandownloader,XS
but i really dont know

Download Hijackthis from this link: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board/message?board.id=si_hijack&thread.id=52014
and post a log in the Hijackthis form. Read the directions in this link. There are many post in that forum, and only a few professionals, but the assistance they provide will correct the problem. Hope this helps.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Just to be sure nothing else is hiding in there, it would be good to do a follow-up Complete (rather than "Quick" ) scan.
