constant clicking and windows opening,random radio/tv stations playing/kaka://c:Windows\sysguard.exe/htmlMain.htm/ugh!

Well to start off I have a Gateway 6518GZ notebook running Windows XP. I use Mozilla Firefox rather than  When ever I first open my computer my Trend Micro pops up and alerts me a virus was found. The name for the most recent one was setup[1].exe and says it was found at C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/Local Settings/Tem and thats all it allows me to see. I usually click on the virus and choose to Delete it becuase when I click clean it says its unable to clean. Also when starting up a window pops up that says "The application or DLL C:/WINDOWS/system32/mcenspc.dll is not a valic Window image"  Then a program that cannot be uninstalled or anything done to it but close pops up. When I open properties of it it says "kaka://c:Windows\sysguard.exe/htmlMain.htm". Now as I speak Internet Explorer adds keep poping up one after another. I downloaded the HijackThis and pasted the log below. This is really becoming a pain in my you know what! I can no longer listen to music or watch DVD's frommy computer becuase it plays random movies/music/tvstations that are not open on ANY program  when i open my  task manager.please help :(
