Dell files detected as malware by malwarebytes

Hi there.

I did a full system scan of my hard drives and it had some detections. It says it is malware but im not sure if it is a false positve and am not sure if these files are important to the system. I googled it and did not find much about these files. I think they are dell files that were shiped with the pc. Here is a screen shot of the files.
