    Welcome to the forum Ediieju:

I don't have your security software or ISP, so I can't answer your question.

But I have to question the wisdom of installing PC Tune Up in general. When I installed a trial version (about a year back) I found it did nothing I couldn't do just as well manually for free. It also removed a few things I didn't want removed, so I uninstalled it. Several other users here voiced the same opinion.

When I look now at the current product description at Dell's site, I see it includes an automated registry cleaner, which is a product I strongly believe should never be used for routine maintenance. "Cleaning the registry" in an automated fashion will result in no performance gains, and runs the real risk of damaging your system, or in extreme cases, rendering it unusable.

A recent example of this was posted here:

If you do decide to trial it (and it might well have new useful features), just be sure you can disable any registry-cleaning component before running it.
