Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger "error" message..FREEZE UP!! Virus DETECTED!!
Can somone please shed some light on why every time I try and open my Outlook Express email acct.I get the Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger "error" message and then computer FREZZES UP?!?! I did a virus scan..I deleted the SP2 update package...and I did a HijackThis scan as well?!?! I'm not very good with computer code....so it looks like a foreign language to me?!?! BUT I REALLY NEED TO BE ABLE TO OPEN MY EMAIL!!!!
Did a Bitdefender scan it found a virus(3 infected files):

Start, Run, eventvwr.msc, OK then select System. Look for red marked files that have a time stamp about the time of the crash. Open the event then click on the bottom of the three buttons to copy the text. Move to a reply and Edit, Paste. Repeat for any other different errors that happened around the last crash. Please don't go back to the beginning of time and no events from a Safe Mode boot. Repeat for Application. If your PC speaks something other than English don't translate it unless it doesn't use the Latin alphabet and then please include the timestamps. Do this first before you go on to the next step since Safe Mode creates a lot of errors.
Don't stay in this mode too long and don't go surfing since your firewall and antivirus will both be off.
