DSO Exploit in spybot 1.4 ??

Question

I'm quite familiar with the incidence of DSO Exploit in SpyBot 1. 3, and the existence of a patch to fix it (to SpyBot 1.3.1 TX, if memory serves me).     well, I just ran Spybot 1. 4 with the updated 2005-08-19 reference file on a Win XP SP2 system, to have it generate 5 registry changes involving DSO Exploit which had not shown up previously on the machine.  (Nor did these did show up on a Win ME system I'm also using)   I checked the SpyBot forum, and I don't see any relevant reports there... yet??   Anyone?

As you may have read by now, this "Return of the DSO Exploit" has been reported in the Spybot

Bottom line: Just select "Fix This" and it should not return.

Joe,   Thanks for the response... I kinda figured you'd be the one who knew.   (I had looked at their forum, on the false positives board, which explains why i didn't see the post you were referring to)   I think I may wait for the next update (or two), to see if they modify the situation, before I either 'fix' or permanently 'ignore' the matter.
