Please run HijackThis again and check the following;
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {42F72E49-D2DB-CDF1-E296-36A6AC56F8AC} - C:\DOCUME~1\Jenna\APPLIC~1\SEEKAM~1\axissupport.exe (file missing)
O2 - BHO: Need2Find Bar BHO - {4D1C4E81-A32A-416b-BCDB-33B3EF3617D3} - (no file)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {E50B009A-F42E-E843-1342-C7ED9FB56AAA} - C:\DOCUME~1\Jenna\APPLIC~1\SEEKAM~1\axissupport.exe (file missing)

The entry below is often seen when the user has taken advantage of the administrative lock down feature in Spybot Search and Destroy. If you know with certainty that you have not used this feature, then put a check in the box next to this entry too:
O6 - HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Control Panel present

O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://ka.bar.need2find.com/KA/menusearch.html?p=KA

Close all windows except for HijackThis then click Fix Checked.

Reboot and post a new HijackThis log. Please advise how the computer is running now. Also, please advise which is your ISP, AOL or Earthlink? Thanks!
