firefox.exe - 'Bad image' popup virus

Whenever  I open any application, I get this dialog box.

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\gimagoho.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against  your installation diskette.

Please help me fixing this. Thanks.
