Google search and attachments redirect every time
I have taken my computer to 2 repair shops and they run all their diagnostics and they show nothing is wrong. However, that is not the case. With anything connected to a google search it is redirected to what I think is a Chinese site. A couple of different ones. I have blocked that happening and not even sure how. However, now I get the following message below. As you can see it list the url. google.com first, then my search info, then adds a bunch of other garbage that will not let me real google search continue. I have tried contacting Google for help - of course no response from them. I am sure they have had others like this and know the answer but won't take the time to help. I operate off of a Comcast wireless in my house. My old tower computer is not affected by this.
I use this computer in my consulting business and need this resolved. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Dell Community.
It may be that the type of diagnostics that have been run did not look deep enough and/or did not target your specific problem. The fact that other information is being added to your searches usually indicates an infection.
ky331 has provided a good suggestion. In order to serve you efficiently, please use the same username at SpywareHammer that you use here. After you have registered at a malware removal site and posted the required logs, your designated helper will obtain that information and will be able to advise you.
