Help, HijackThis log included

Question

Well, I've been having internet problems, and after 3 techs came out, the problem looks like my computer. I'm still not convinced it's my computer because I ran several virus scans and spyware/adware scans, and I deleted the few things they found, and I'm still having problems. Hopefully HijackThis will help. If it comes to the worst case scenario, I will have to reformat. You don't have to post a new log if you don't want to and everything is going OK.  But if it's not then yes.   You might also right click on the clock and select Task manager then Processes and click twice on the CPU at the head of one of the columns.  This should sort things by percent of CPU use.  Normally System Idle should be at 95%.  If not what are the top three?   Ron

Your log looks clean now.    HJT says you are running  unpatched XP.  You might find that the problem is cured by SP1 or 2.  So visit windowsupdate.microsoft.com before reformatting.   Ron

Actually, I made a slipstreamed disk a while ago, so I'll just use that to install after I reformat, if I do. I tried installing SP2 with the CD that I asked Microsoft for, and it slowed down my computer. I heard the best thing to do was either do a slipstreamed install, or just install it right after installing Windows.
