Help - I can no longer access the Internet

Hello, I'm having some problems with my Dell Dimesnsion 4600 computer. I apparently received some kind of virus on my system and now I cannot connect to the internet. I checked the system error log and see references to Adware-Qoologic and Sufsidekick3. Unfortunately Windows Defender could not remove the spyware, nor any other spyware program I've tried. Regardless, I cannot connect to the internet. I get a connectivity error for "local Area Connection 4 Status - limited or no connectivity" You might not be able to access the internet or some network resources, The problem accurred because the network did not assign a a network address to the computer".  I tried doing the repair and received "Windows could not repair the problem because the following action could not be completed: Renewing your IP address." I tried HiJackThis and following is the log file. What do I need to do now? THANKS for your help.
