Help I Can't Uninstall a File

Every time I go to Add/Remove Programs and try to remove a program called Art Rage, McAfee comes up and says MsiExec.exe is scripting suspicious behaviour. I think the program I am trying to uninstall is trying to delete MsiExec.exe. What should I do? I stopped it from doing that, but I want to get it off my computer.
