Hijack this log file attached

Dell XPS Generation 3 computer is infected with a virus which  most virus software detects but cannot delete clean or quarantine it. The virus is called W32/Alemod.e.dll and the file affected is C:\WINDOWS\system32\WININET.dll

 

Please help as I am now exasperated and have spent over a week trying to get rid of this virus alongwith numerous Adware (most of adware now removed but not all)
