hijack this log PLEASE REVIEW NEED HELP!!!

i have been having a problem with my automatic updates and i have tried a thousand things i can think of and it looks like i have found the problem. what happends is when automatic updates are turned on update.exe flys all over the task manager using up a heap of ctu usage. what i have found in the latest scan is that there is somthing called virtumonde running that seems to be adaware. i have been advised to post another log and see if anyone can help me with this problem.

so far i have done every scan under the sun, i have tired reinstalling the updater, i constantly run tune up 2008 and there doesnt seem to be anything left. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!
