Hijackthis Log (problems included)
I started experiencing losses of connection while playing some games. Seemed like all data flow would just stop suddenly for a few seconds, and i'd get dissconected. After going through my running proccesses I found 2 that bothered me.
crss.exe (not csrss.exe)
winlogon.exe (not WinLogon.exe)
I need detailed information on how to remove these. Currently I have ad-aware. I also do regular virus scans using the free virus scan at Norton's website - nothing is found. If I need an anti-virus program, it will have to be a free one, and reccomendations are appreciated.
Here is my log:

Winlogon is a valid file. Whether it is with the caps or not it's the same file. Why would you want to remove it?
I don't see crss.exe listed in the log. I need to know where it is?
