I've cleaned most of the syware out with Ad-Aware and Microsoft Anti-spy beta... still seems like FARMMEXT and some others keep returning... Help!

You are running an outdated version of the Windows' Security Pack. You are running SP1, there is now SP2. You should update yours, just a suggestion.
First of all run HiJackThis then:
1. Click "Config..."
2. Click "Misc Tools"
3. Click "Open Process manager"

Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following
C:\windows\system32\mjypcqr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\basfipm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\m?iexec.exe
Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click " Kill process". Now, click " Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.
Open HJT this and tick these entries if present:
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8A1FC86B-58DA-0A54-872B-58B0BC1736C0} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\puitwec.dll

With all applicatiions closed except the HJT program hit the FIX button.
Delete these files:
C:\windows\system32\mjypcqr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\basfipm.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\m?iexec.exe
Reboot, rescan and repost a new log and see if it's operating better.
