I have a BAD virus

My Dell Laptop got a virus and it just keeps multiplying itself.  I have used Desktop Maestro to clean it but it cleans all files but 1.  Then the virus just keeps multiplying. I can not get on the internet even.

I have inserted a scan log from Desktop Maestro if that helps.
