I have a question. ???

If no one responds to your HijackThis log, does that mean there isn't a problem with it? I don't usually post stuff on a forum. Just wondering.

All the people "working" this forum are in fact volunteers... no one actually works for DELL... and while some of them try to do logs on a "first-in, first-served" basis, this isn't always the case... some may pick-and-choose based on the nature of the particular problem involved... and as volunteers, they can't be faulted for doing so.
 
Unless I'm mistaken, I count only about 3 or 4 helpers who are currently/actively "working" this forum... and most of these help-out at other (non-DELL) forums as well... and there's a limit to how many logs each one can focus-on at a time.
 
please be patient, and hopefully someone will get to your log "soon".   If there's an urgency, you can consider posting your log at an alternative forum:   see the list of forums in the left column of this thread:
 
 
if you do post elsewhere, please note this in your HJT log, so that someone here doesn't wind-up duplicating efforts.

No, it just means that no one (that can help) has gotten to your Post yet.  Usually they are pretty quick but if real busy it may take a few days. Only once have I had to wait 5 days and that is very unusual. I know it's hard, but be patient. I have posted many times, these guys are good  :)  In fact I am waiting also, just posted my HJT log today.

It was nice of both of you to answer my question. I did get a reply from bamajim, and you are right there are only a few who are helping with all these hijack logs and their help is appreciated.
