I need help to post in this forum!

Question

I am new here and would like to post a message here by copying a prepared document from 'Microsoft Document'. I have done it, but the system refuse to accept my post, instead I got a feed back from the system telling me that my post 'contain attributes which are not compatible with HTML allowed tag' and asking me to go to "Scratch Pad", which I do not understand also. Help please.

Copy the document to notepad, and then copy and paste from that to the forum. MS word adds aditional 'tags' that are not allowed in the forum.
