Just a Little Help Needed

Hey Everyone . . I Just got my computer back after not haveing it for 2 months. My Windows was really messed up and we had to reformat my computer completley! ( Bummer ) :smileysad: Anyways We have had our computer not for 2 months and I have been trying to keep it in tip top shape. I made sure to have everything updated Norton, SpyBot, Ad-Aware, and so forth. The only 1 single problem I have is just with Norton. I thought that after I got our computer re-done that this would be fix but I guess I would wrong. I have to wait for Norton to Load before I can sign onto the internet. If I try to sign on the Start Button will Frezz Along with the Bottom bar.
The computer itself load fast it's just when it's loading Norton has a red ( X ) on it and after a little bit will go away. And then I can sign onto the internet. What is even more weird is RIGHT before the little ( X ) goes away I can hear like a quick like Click sound or like jakcing in the computer ? . . So . . I donno what this could be able ? . . I downloaded Hijack and scanned and came up with a list of things . . I donno if that will help much . . but here is the LIST

If You See any probelms that maybe I should TAKE OUT ? . . . It would be really nice of someone to tell me.
And if they know anything about Norton and maybe fixing that little Problem. Or if you see something that is loading that is not needed could you please tell me thanks! ( Hope it's not a lot to ask for )
