logfile for my enormous problem

I have a Inspiron 1100 laptop. Basically when I start the computer up, everything loads properly until the background appears. No desktop icons appear and there is no start menu, just my background. There is a cursor and occasionaly, the little hourglass symbol flashes, but nothing else. I am operating the computer in safe mode right now. Adaware got rid of over 3000 harmful things on my computer however I am still having the same problem with no desktop icons and no start menu. The following is my logfile, please help me!!!!!
