My HijackThis log - please help me remove problem trojan cause

I am continually plagued by Adware-abetterintnt, ShopATHome, and various messages showing hijack attempts.  This began when I allowed my virus protection to elapse.  I have downloaded Windows XP Service Pack 2, Microsoft Antispyware, McAfee Virus Protection, Ad-Aware SE Personal. 

 

As a final advisement, I have established a HJT log per instructions given, and am submitting this for someone's technical purview.  I am just certain that my start-up registers must still contain some form of the trojan, which allows it to creep back onto my system.  Please advise what I can safely delete from my registry.  I have tried to delete all my AOL files and now use Bellsouth high speed.  Thank you for this service and please help me if you can.
