Looks like you HAD (past tense) a  WinFixer/Vundo infection, which was basically removed.

However, your log still shows some (non-critical) "remnants" of it, which we can easily clean-up now:

Run HiJackThis. Place a check-mark in the box in front of each of the lines:

 

O2 - BHO: MSEvents Object - {FC148228-87E1-4D00-AC06-58DCAA52A4D1} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\efcbx.dll (file missing)

Click on FIX CHECKED. Close HiJackThis. Reboot. And then generate/post another log.

At that point, I'm gonna ask someone else to step-in, to determine additional problems (if any) that you might have.  please be advised that we're doing our best to catch-up on all the logs, so it may take a few days for the next helper to arrive.
