Need Help with Virus Removal

Question

I just completed the Free Scan from PC Cillan.  It found (1) infected file :  Troj Adclickr.B This is the location on my drive where this virus resides :  C:\windows\system32\vlosys2.dII   The problem I have is (1)  When I attempt to delete it using PC Cillan I get a message saying 'unable to delete because file is in use'.  The second problem I have is that I am unable to find this file manually using Windows XP search.  My computer is a Dell Dimension 8200, running Windows XP.  I do not have any other type of Virus protection other than what is provided by my internet provider.   Can anyone offer any assistance?
