Important: Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it HJT.
Unzip HijackThis into this folder. When you run HijackThis from this folder and have it "Fixed checked" it will create a backup file of modifications to use if restore is necessary. Please delete the old copy so it can't be used.

1) SpyBot Search and Destroy
After installing SpyBot Search & Destroy, first press Online, and search for, put a check mark at, and install all updates.
Next, close all Internet Explorer windows, hit 'Check for Problems', have SpyBot remove all the items it marks in red.

This may find things that it needs to have a reboot of the machine to clear - If it does please reboot and let it finish, then to the search and destroy page and fix what it finds.

Then post a fresh log for me to check.

This is important now, you must move hijackthis from the temp folders - what we fix now if you need to restore will be gone forever if left where it is.
