New Poster? Create a NEW Message Please
New posters:
Do not post a request for help in another victim's thread. Repost your starter topic in the Main Index. One person per thread...that's the policy we must insist on as too many victims in one thread makes for a disjointed and confusing mess nobody can understand now or later.
Click below for the Virus Information and Removal Main Index and repost your message with new topic. Please also include comments about what is going wrong instead of just slapping a Hijackthis log for us to look at. We will, but your help is an integral part of the repairs.

It's OK...we are understanding...just trying to be efficient with our limited amount of time.
