in NORMAL mode, Run HJT. Place a check-mark in the box in front of each of the lines:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SurfAccuracy] C:\Program Files\SurfAccuracy\SAcc.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WinFixer2005] "C:\Program Files\WinFixer_2005\uwfx5.exe" /min
Click on FIX CHECKED. Close HJT. Reboot. And see if WinFixer comes back or not.
[If WinFixer is still there... i.e., if these particular O4-lines still appears in your log after rebooting... then you should reboot your system into SAFE MODE (by tapping the F8-key during the boot-up process, and selecting SAFE MODE), and try this FIX again while running HJT in SAFE MODE; and then, reboot into NORMAL mode.]
When you're done, generate and post your latest HJT log. And please let me know if you were able to remove this line in NORMAL mode, or if you required SAFE mode.

Nice work. Both lines are gone, even if you only "intentionally" removed the one. Have you noticed any difference, in terms of WinFixer popups, and overall system speed/performance?
At this point, I'm gonna try to ask someone else to step-in, to determine additional problems (if any) that you might have. Please be advised that we're very "understaffed" at the moment, so I can't make any guarantee as to when (or even if) the next helper will arrive.
Good luck.

Be sure to look this solution over before you begin. There are a some item(s) i'm not familar with. If you recognze any, then just omit them from this fix.
Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:
180 Solutions
SideFind
The above could appear anywhere within the entry. Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.
Run HiJackThis then:
1. Click " Config..."
2. Click " Misc Tools"
3. Click " Open Process manager"
Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate ( if present) and click on ( highlight) each of the following:
C:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mqifto9s.exe
Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click " Kill process". Now, click " Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.
Run HiJackThis and click " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:
O2 - BHO: BAHelper Class - {A3FDD654-A057-4971-9844-4ED8E67DBBB8} - C:\Program Files\SideFind\sfbho.dll
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sais] c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ancl] C:\WINDOWS\ancl.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mqifto9s] C:\WINDOWS\system32\mqifto9s.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [sais] c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Free WebSite Tools.lnk = ?
O9 - Extra button: SideFind - {10E42047-DEB9-4535-A118-B3F6EC39B807} - C:\Program Files\SideFind\sidefind.dll
O16 - DPF: {42F2C9BA-614F-47C0-B3E3-ECFD34EED658} (Installer Class) - http://www.ysbweb.com/ist/softwares/v4.0/ysb_regular.cab
Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click " Fix checked".
Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to view system and hidden files/ folders:
folders...
C:\program files\180solutions
C:\Program Files\SideFind
files...
C:\WINDOWS\system32\mqifto9s.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ancl.exe
Note that some of these file(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're ' in use', try deleting them from " Safe Mode".
Reboot and post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.

"Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:
180 Solutions
SideFind
folders...
C:\program files\180solutions
C:\Program Files\SideFind"
With the exception of the things listed above, everything was done. SideFine was not on the programs list. Access was denied on the other three operations listed.

Boot in to Safe Mode:
Be sure to look this solution over before you begin. There are a some item(s) i'm not familar with. If you recognze any, then just omit them from this fix.
Go to Add/Remove programs and remove(uninstall) the following, if present:
180 Solutions
The above could appear anywhere within the entry. Be careful not to remove any personal or system software.
Run HiJackThis then:
1. Click " Config..."
2. Click " Misc Tools"
3. Click " Open Process manager"
Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate ( if present) and click on ( highlight) each of the following:
C:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click " Kill process". Now, click " Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.
Run HiJackThis and click " Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [sais] c:\program files\180solutions\sais.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qzuxelql] C:\WINDOWS\qzuxelql.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Free WebSite Tools.lnk = ?
Now, with all windows closed except HiJackThis, click " Fix checked".
Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure your able to view system and hidden files/ folders:
folders...
C:\program files\180solutions
files...
C:\WINDOWS\qzuxelql.exe
-
Note that some of these file(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're ' in use', try deleting them from " Safe Mode".
Reboot NORMALLY and post back a new log, and let me know how everything goes.
