Not sure I have a problem but...

Hi, I use NIS 2009 v16.5 and all shows clean, I also use the free editions of both Superantispyware and Malwarebytes updated before scans and all comes out clean.. Therefor I'm not sure that I have a problem, but was hoping that my log would be checked and it would lead me to insure that my problem is normal?? I have the latest version of Windows Vista Ult. On a Dell XPS 420.  I've tried to see what's going on from the task manager, But I'm not to good at this, But the higest usage is the first 3 listing from the log below..

My reason to do this check is becaues of late, and best that I know, this started around/just after the last Windows/SOL server update..

Since then, everytime I boot my computer my HD is running/checking a lot longer, instead of it being acessed say 5-10 mins after boot it now runs 45-60+ mins. then goes idle then after a bit it will start accessing again. Anyway here's my log:
