Please review my log

well for a few weeks now I havent been able to open itunes opera and several other programms such as solitaire.  also settings such as desktop icons and backgrounds wouldnt be saved when i restarted.

 

I did a system restore to a few months back and this has fixed the saving issue and opera but the others still persist.  Mcaffee hasnt been able to delete the virus either.
