problem still on another account

problem is still on wifes account but gone on mine, here is the log file under her name.  see earlier msg posted by JPDP1284. "
when I open internet explorer a popup also opens up and covers the entire task bar on the bottom of the screen.  it has several web link buttons such as "make money, casino, music, travel, investing, music, search, etc"  there is an "x" on the right side but clicking on it does nothing.  the only way i can close it is to hit alt/cntrl/delete and close the iexplore.exe that is using arount 17,000K memory usage.  i have searched the computer to find it to no avail.  also i have downloaded and run Spybot, Ad-ware SE, SpywareBlaster, SpySubtract and CW shredder.  these picked up and quarentined several things on my system but this thing will not leave.  ANYONE know how to get rid of it?"

Please first put your HJT program into it's own folder on the C:\ drive.

Next check these entries in your HJT program:

c:\progra~1\intern~1\iexplore.exe

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.ulead.com/register/reg.htm
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{5D60FF48-95BE-4956-B4C6-6BB168A70310} - (no file)

Now with only your HJT program open, hit the FIX button.

Reboot, rescan, and repost the new log. There is more work to be done.

jpdp,

That system has a 'lop' installation that needs to be removed. Post back another log and let's see what we have left.

Mike.
