Redirected Searches and Windows Update Failure HJT Log Included

I recently begin having redirected searches and failure when trying to update Windows. Through the internet i found that this is my probably do to malware. I then ran the following: Avast Home Edition Boot Scan Found Zero infected Files. I then ran SpywareTerminator and Malwarebytes' both found a few files which where then quaratined and deleted.

Further googling showed that ComboFix had fixed some peoples problems... but i figured i better get some expert help so as to not completely gut out my machine.
