Rogue Antivirus Dissected - Part 1
Quite a good article below analyzing the workings of a Rogue Antivirus. Featured is XP Antivirus 2008 and among things covered by the Author are answers to questions such as:
- Is there ANY antivirus capability in AV XP 2008 or is it 100% fraudulent?
- What happens when you pay to register the program?
- Where does the money go?
- Who is behind all this?
- How much money are they making?

Scary!!! That's the work of only a few people. I wouldn't want to know the total number of infections that occurred in that ten day period. It sure does keep the forums busy.
