And Download SmitFraudFix by S!ri
Extract all the archive content to your desktop
• Search:
o Double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
o Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Open that file, Ctrl+A to copy, and post a copy of that log.
Do Not run option 2 until instructed to do so
2. Go Here And download HijackThis
Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\\HJT\\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log" button. Press that, save the log, Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents AT THE LINK BELOW
LINK
and include a description of the problem along with your log
Please post your Hijackthis Log and the Smitfraud log at the LINK above
Please do not be tempted to "fix" on your own. Hijackthis is a very powerful tool, if used incorrectly can cause system problems.
