Spell Check Disabled on OE

I have a Dell 4600 running windows XP. I have Microsoft Word, Works Suite and use Outlook Express for my mail. I had some pop-ups recently and I ran either AdWare or SpyBot to clean my system. I read on this forum once that if I removed one of the Microsoft programs that come up, I would no longer have spell check. Well, I forgot, removed everything listed and now I can't check spelling on my Emails. Any suggestions?

Thanks

It is necessary to know the application that you removed everything with as using the backup for each is different.

Have you tried using System Restore to return to a point before you removed everything?

Go to Start then Help and Support then Fixing a problem then Using System Restore to undo changes.

It's Spybot that gives the warning that removing the 2 files may disable spellcheck in Outlook Express. Go into Spybot and see if they have a restore for removed items.

Thanks KJHarris- SpyBot heeps a record of everything that you removed and gives you the opportunity to restore it. (ain't tecnology great?) I restored three MS Words files and now my Spell Checker is working again.

Thanks also YoKenny. That was good advice. I bookmarked the two links that you listed. Good info in there.
