Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC maker's logo. Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe Mode menu. Select the top option. Log in with your usual login.
I did the recommended cleanup. The home page is not the Hijacked page I was getting. That problem appears to be fixed. The problem I am still having, which I did not imform you of, is that everytime I restart my computer I have to reset the proxy server to bypass because it resets to some unknown proxy site. I see them in the HJT log. Can that be repaireed as well? Here is the new log report.
Ceheck Delete on Reboot and then press the red button.
Tell it NO.
Repeat for:
C:\WINDOWS\iau.exe
C:\WINDOWS\stisvsq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svshost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\msqdevl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\lssas.exe
C:\WINDOWS\mservice.exe
If you get a warning about an external process then repeat the procedure when you get to Safe Mode.
Let it reboot after the last one but boot into Safe Mode.

Get the killbox from:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php
extract it to your desktop.
Run Killbox.
Seelct Options then check Remove Directories
Where it says Full Path of File to Delete put in:
C:\WINDOWS\iau.exe
C:\WINDOWS\stisvsq.exe
C:\WINDOWS\svshost.exe
C:\WINDOWS\msqdevl.exe
C:\WINDOWS\lssas.exe
C:\WINDOWS\mservice.exe
If you get a warning about an external process then repeat the procedure when you get to Safe Mode.
Let it reboot after the last one but boot into Safe Mode.
Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC
maker's logo.
Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe
Mode menu. Select the top option. Log in with your usual login.
Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked the following:
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyServer = 127.0.0.1:8080
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings,ProxyOverride = https://

Reboot into regular mode and make a new log and post it as a reply.
