Thank you ky331,
Yes I do have a spyware bug that keeps flashing a System Intrusion Detected message. My internet provider AOL says I was duped into downloading it because AOL never sends out messages telling its clients that their anti-spyware needs to be updated. Anyway I've tried everything to rid the computer of it to no avail. I've done the Hijack this log and herewith attach it for your review and hopeful assistance. Thanks again.:

Aviana,
Download the Hoster from:
http://www.funkytoad.com/
Unpack to your desktop and run it. If you have green print at the top then just press Restore Original Hosts then OK.
IF you have red print then press make Hosts Writeable first.
Get DelDomain.inf from:
http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf and then right click on it and Install. (Nothing much will happen)
Get cwshredder from:
http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
and run it. Let it fix anything it finds.
Download and install ccleaner.exe from http://www.ccleaner.com. Don't let
it clean anything yet.
Download the killbox:
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/killbox.php
Unzip it to your desktop but don't run it.
Get smitrem from Dave's World and run it per the instructions.
http://noahdfear.geekstogo.com/
Shutdown and Restart and Boot into Safe Mode by tapping the F8 key when you see the PC
maker's logo.
Keep tapping until it tells you it is going to Safe Mode or you see the Safe
Mode menu. Select the top option. Use your usual login if at all possible or you will have problems finding your files.
Run HijackThis and just do a Scan only. Check then Fix Checked the following (Hopefully many of them will already be gone):
O2 - BHO: HomepageBHO - {e0103cd4-d1ce-411a-b75b-4fec072867f4} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\hpF19.tmp
O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {9A9C9B68-F908-4AAB-8D0C-10EA8997F37E} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpywareStrike] C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike\SpywareStrike.exe /h
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://click.getmirar.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://click.mirarsearch.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://redirect.mirarsearch.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: http://awbeta.net-nucleus.com (HKLM)
O21 - SSODL: SystemCheck2 - {54645654-2225-4455-44A1-9F4543D34546} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\vbsys2.dll
Run ccleaner.exe, uncheck everything on the first page except the two entries
with Temporary and then Run Cleaner.
Run killbox. Where it says Full Path of File to Delete you need to type or copy (Hightlight and Ctrl + c)
and Paste (move to the killbox and place the cursor in the box and Ctrl + V):
C:\Program Files\SpywareStrike
Then check the Delete on Reboot box and DELTREE box then the red button.
let it reboot.
Reboot into regular mode.
Run another HijackThis log and post it as a reply. Let's
see how we did.

1. You have posted in another person's thread. Please start a thread of your own in this forum.
2. Your version of HijackThis is outdated. Please remove your version 1.99.1 using the uninstaller within HijackThis or by using Add/Remove Programs.
Please download HJT Installer from Here to your desktop.
If not available use this alternate link: Here
Click the Download button.
When the Trend Micro HJT install box appears, double click on the HJTInstall.exe.
Click on Install.
It will be installed by default here: C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
A shortcut to the application will also be placed on your Desktop.
The program will open automatically after installation.
You can double-click the icon that was placed on the Desktop to run subsequent HijackThis scans or you can use the icon inside the folder.
The folder HijackThis is where you will find the HJT logs that you save. When you use the application to remove anything, you will also find the backup copies made by HJT inside this folder.
Close all open windows except HijackThis.
Click on " Do a system scan and save logfile" When the log pops up in Notepad copy and paste that file as a NEW MESSAGE on the HijackThis Board.
Before closing HJT, please click on the Analyze This button. "Analyze This" is for Trendmicro use, and does not mean "Analyze My Log". You must post on the forum in order to receive an analysis of your log.
Close the web page that appears and then close the program HJT.
Posting Your Log:
1. Just click the New Message button in the HijackThis forum here: http://www.dellcommunity.com/supportforums/board?board.id=si_hijack
to start your own thread requesting assistance.
2. In the Message Body window that opens, simply Right-Click and select Paste.
3. Please add text to describe your symptoms.
4. Include in the message subject line a description of your problem. For example, "Popups warning of infection".
5. Make certain you post the entire log by clicking the Preview Post link at the bottom of the window and comparing it to the log from your scan before you click Submit Post
** Note: "The box next to Automatically convert carriage returns to HTML line breaks" should be checked if that appears at the bottom of your Message Body when composing your post.
* DO NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or required.
Thank you. :)
