Support.com\bin\tgfix.exe trying to access the Internet
Support.com\bin\tgfix.exe, providing e-support, keeps trying to access the internet from my Dimension 4600(XP Home). I understand Dell uses Motive for this. Why is Support.com on my PC?

The only references I could find indicate that it may be a program from Charter. Is that your ISP?
