SupportSoft advising of missing libeay32.dll file

I recently had a Trojan virus attack that was treated by Trend Micro. Affected files were quarantined and then fixed. Subsequently, at start up, I receive an error message that sprtcmd.exe cannot locate a libeay32.dll file. Can someone advise on how to fix this?

David:  sprtcmd.exe is used for the Dell support program, a program that is not essential.  It is also spoofed as malware.  See the article.  I suggest you remove it.  This will stop the message.  If you want the Dell support program, remove it from add/remove programs in control panel and then reinstall it from the Dell downloads site.  It is not needed.
