System Toolware Malware problem.....can't get rid of it!

On looking at what is happening I think we have removed some of the stuff and possibly left with some residual i.e. desktop pics of the warning notices .....probably running as a slideshow as the background is blue!

 

I've got the MSE etc icons back again which was lost for a wee while but still have that annoying ball thingy which represents the software.
