trojan downloader virus
i have another problem i have ran several different virus scan on my computer. i have a trojan horse down loader virus and it says its not cleanable i need to gatsomething fom the computer store to take care of it. it is in my c:/windows/systems32/alkiw and also says in c:/windows/systems32/fnjdll what should i do. i get alot of pop ups and also this joystick download pop up that i cant access my emails or anything.also when i try to follow the directions to remove them my windows task manager wont let me in says task manager disabled by administrator i never did anything how can i get to that. i need major help here. thanks

Alright,
First, I need you to download a program called HijackThis v1.98.1
There is a link to the download site in my signature. Just click on "HijackThis".
Once you've downloaded the .ZIP file, make a folder directly on your C:\ drive named "HJT", then extract the .ZIP file to it.
When you're finished, there should be a file named HijackThis.exe under the HJT folder. Run the file.
When you get a window for Hijack, click on "Scan Now".
After the scan finishes, click "Save Log" and save the log under the HJT folder on the C:\ drive.
When you get a window for notepad, and it gives you your log, copy the log, and paste it into a reply to this thread. Do not start a new thread. I will then read the log, and tell you what needs to be removed and/or fixed and how to remove and/or fix it.
