From Windows 10 22H2 is released, here's what we know (bleepingcomputer.com)
Windows 10 22H2 is not a massive release and it only comes with a scoped set of features, including:
Restoring functionality for Windows Autopilot deployment scenarios that are affected by the security mitigation for hardware reuse.

My XPS13 7390 can't seem to get 22H2. It never appears in Windows Update. I am currently on 10.0.19043 which I think is 21H1.

(I hit "Accepted Solution" accidentally... please IGNORE)
If you CHECK FOR UPDATES, and then VIEW ALL OPTIONAL UPDATES, does it appear there? If not, I'm not sure what else to suggest.

No it does not. BTW, I am getting updates to 21H1 -- I got one earlier this month. But 22H2 never appears as an option.

@FastnBulbous - I got the update to Win 10 22H2 for my XPS 8930 with Win 10 21H1 on Oct 18th. So they may be rolling it out slowly.
If version Win 10 22H2 isn't offered automatically through Check for updates, and you're in a hurry, you can get it manually using the Windows Update Assistant.
IMO, there's no rush to get it. There's nothing in this update that's useful -to me- and I haven't even seen any minor things that change/fix/improve performance.
