OpenOffice is a FREE open-source "clone" of the Microsoft Office suite: it includes a word-processor (Write), spreadsheet (Calc), as well as other modules.

Apache OpenOffice 4.1.16 is a security release incorporating bug fixes and other enhancements. This release also includes the latest dictionaries. All users of Apache OpenOffice 4.1.15 or earlier are advised to upgrade. You can download Apache OpenOffice 4.1.16 here.
