Adobe Reader (and Acrobat) 9.1.3 is now available... users of version 9.x can use the internal updater: click "Help > Check for Updates" .
This update addresses the vulnerabilities that were reported here

http://www.adobe.com/support/security/bulletins/apsb09-10.html
Note: Unless someone knows something to the contrary, it appears that there are no updates for the Adobe 7.x nor 8.x series. The problematic file in version 9.x was authplay.dll ; and this file is not part of 7.x nor 8.x
