URGENT! EMAIL VIRUS!

Hi!  I have been receiving returned emails in my inbox that I didn't send.  A friend of mine always received an email that was supposedly from me, but I did not send it.  This just started happening yesterday.  That's the earliest that I've detected it.  One bit of information that might be useful is that one time all of a sudden a blue screen popped up on my window and my computer shutted down.  Here's my hijackthis log.  Please help me if you can.
