I only provided one link.

 Select Safe Mode with Networking

You still didn't mention what your OS is.

Erica 1221---Spyware will not remove virus. Try Ca anti-virus If you purchase on-line--about $20--If you buy CD--about $30--Good Luck

This can be removed without making a purchase. If you are still having problems, please post a log on the HijackThis Board. Instructions are at the top of that board. You can download HJT using another computer, and save it to a floppy, CD, or USB stick. Then take it to the infected computer and move it to that computer. Run HJT. Save the log produced to the removable media, and post the log online using a computer that can get to the internet.

Erica1221--ok--so you computer says use F8--that work also. Your options are to use Safe Mode or the line that says use best configuration. Use the up/down arrow to scrool. Give it a try. Good luck
