Viruses on Dell Computer

I have watch your video on YouTube on how to remove the viruses that are on my computer.  I’m stuck on what to do after step number #2 in safe mode. I have deleted the temporary files but it doesn’t say what to do after that while being in safe mode.  Any help would be very appreciated so I can eliminate the viruses on my computer.
