Help!

Caught a virus that creates phantom processes that busy out the processor so pc can't do anything and even reboots on it's own. phantom screen flashes randomly

 

Help quickly! I am very close to launching this PC out second story window! Worked all night on system last night to no avail.

 

My system is set up with 4 differrent accounts, this is the only one that will make it to internet to speak to you.

I have antivirus from SBC/ATT Mcaffree and SBCyahoo antispy software. Everytime I run anti spy it finds many objects.

Please help with following.

1.) find out what virus

2.) delete virus

3.) prevent other viruses

4.)HUNT DOWN VERMIN WHO CREATE THESE THINGS AND PREVENT FROM MORE  VANDELISM
