W32.Blaster.E.Worm

Question

I have a WORM.  It is a W32.Blaster.E.Worm how do I remove this from my PC?  I know where it is located and my PC will not let me remove it.  My virus protection tells me it is there and I go through the steps to remove it , but it will not let me.  It's location is in a mslaugh.exe file.  When I try to remove it a popup comes up telling me I can not remove this file cause it is being used.  PLEASE HELP.   Thank you, Calvinbr

There is one way that should work for sure. Download the KillBox program, reboot in Safe Mode and use Killbox to delete the infected file.

KillBox is a special tool that allows you to delete files like mslaugh.exe. It kills files that run malicious processes or are "in use and cannot be removed". Read KillBox review here.
